These are the ways of the 2% tax assignation:
If you classify as a natural person filing your own tax return, a sole trader or a legal person, fill in all the required information about ANČA o.z. right into the tax return form.
If you are an employee: Ask your employer to file your annual tax advances accounts (download the form here). Proceed by asking your employer to issue your tax payment confirmation (download the confirmation here). The confirmation provides the date of the tax payment as well as the information you need to calculate the 2% (3%) of your income tax. Fill in the 2% income tax assignation statement (download the statement form here).
Submit the filled-in forms (assignation statement and tax payment confirmation) to the tax office, depending on your place of residence, by 30 April 2016.
Have you done at least 40 hours of volunteer work? Make use of it and assign 3% from your income tax!
All you need to do is enclose the 3% income tax assignation statement and a confirmation stating you have done at least 40 hours of volunteer service.
